The Brain That Changes Itself

Check out this in-depth review of the book entitled “The Brain That Changes Itself“. It looks to be full of anecdotes about people who have overcome seemingly impossible odds thanks to the magic of neuroplasticity. I love reading books like this as they are not only fascinating but also empowering, reminding me of the incredible power I have to sculpt my mind.

A quick search of my local libraries suggests that it shouldn’t be too hard to track down this book – I for one have already placed a copy on reserve. You can also pick it up at Amazon, just please purchase a used copy
