First and foremost, if you are wondering why you have not received an account activation or password recovery email, check your spam/junk mailbox. Often, such emails are inadvertently filtered and you will find them there.
Q: Can I play the games without being a registered user?
A: Yes, the games are free to play for guests. However, there are some features that are available only to registered members. Registration is free.

A: See above note about spam mailbox. If there is no email there either, try registering again with the same username to make sure it worked properly the first the first time through. If you are notified that the username or email address are already in use, then we can assume the account was created. In this case, try the password recovery tool, using the email address you provided upon registration (if it doesn’t recognize your email address, you may have typed it incorrectly when registering and that’s probably why you never got any emails. If you have checked your spam mail and completed the above steps yet still are unable to activate your account, then contact me and I will try to help out. You may also want to try making a different account if you have more than one email address and don’t feel like waiting for me to get back to you.
Q: Can I buy advertisement space on your PlayWithYourMind?
A: That depends on what you are selling. If it is something wholesome, healthy and environmentally-friendly, than yes; otherwise probably not. I get a lot of inquiries from casino/gambling sites – the answer is no.
Q: Can I include the PlayWithYourMind games on my website?
A: Yes, you may host any of the games so long as you do not attempt to modify them. The games work as advertisements and generate traffic so I am happy when they get shared around.
Q: Can I license or sponsor PlayWithYourMind games?
A: Licensing of games is available for a one-time payment or a yearly fee. Licensed games can be stripped of links and ads and customized for your needs. If you would like to sponsor a game, we can talk about that as well as long as you are selling something environmentally responsible.
Q: Game X is not working.
A: If it is a word or typing game, and it relies on words being pulled from a database, it may be a result of a database connection issue. Try the game again later. If the problem persists over a day or more, then you should contact me and let me know what sort of problem you are encountering. You may also use the comment box for this as I check them fairly regularly.
Q: I have an account but cannot login.
A: Make sure your account is activated, and that your password is correct. If it says your account username does not exist, either you are mis-remembering your username or the registration process failed. Try making a new account if you like. If you have activated your account, made sure the username and password are correct, and still cannot login, then contact me.
